A Waterloo, Iowa native, Aimee is a graduate of both the Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts programs at Kirkwood Community College. Growing up with a passion for baking, Aimee has always enjoyed creating new recipes and sharing them with others. Her varied experience includes positions at
the Hy-Vee Bakery, Mercy Hospital and The Class Act Restaurant. Each have prepared her to balance all aspects of the bakery. Aimee believes wedding cakes serve as a centerpiece of a wedding and are the perfect way to showcase the personalities of
