The Hotel at Kirkwood Center has again earned the American Automobile Association's (AAA) prestigious Four Diamond Award for lodging. The Hotel is one of only four hotels in the entire state to earn this superior designation for upscale amenities and high quality.
“We’re thrilled that our incredible staff can be recognized with this honor,” said Lee Belfield, general manager of The Hotel. "It’s through their service that our guests are able to enjoy a top-level experience.”
According to AAA, a four diamond rating means the establishment is upscale in all areas. Accommodations are progressively more refined and stylish, and the physical attributes reflect an obvious enhanced level of quality throughout. The fundamental hallmarks at this level include an extensive array of amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service and attention to detail. This is the sixth time The Hotel has earned this distinction.
"In addition to providing the best guest experience possible, The Hotel’s vision is to prepare the global hospitality leaders of tomorrow,” Belfield said. “Our students are trained working alongside professional staff with years of industry experience.”
